Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in the furniture industry.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present arguments effectively.
  • Proficiency in English at A2 level or higher.
  • Confident PC user (Internet, Word, Excel, CRM).
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting goals.
  • Possesses qualities such as resilience, persistence, and responsibility.
  • Active lifestyle and self-confidence.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients regarding orders and providing consultations on the product range.
  • Sourcing new clients in Ukraine and abroad.
  • Managing both existing client databases and seeking new opportunities.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and enhancing the company's positive image.
  • Conducting personal meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Traveling across Ukraine for business purposes.
  • Content management: Updating information on the company's website, managing social media accounts.
  • E-commerce management: Updating product range and processing orders.
  • Working with CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Ідеальнийкандидат:

  • Попередній досвід роботи в меблевій галузі.
  • Має досвід у сфері продажів від 1 року.
  • Робота з іноземними клієнтами.
  • Володіє грамотною мовою та вміння аргументувати.
  • Володіння Англійською мовою на рівні A2 або вище.
  • Впевнений користувач ПК (Internet, Word, Excel, CRM).
  • Орієнтований на результат і досягає поставлених цілей.
  • Володіє такими якостями, як стресостійкість, наполегливість та     відповідальність.
  • Активна життєва позиція та впевненість у своїх силах.
  • Бажання навчатись та розвиватись.

Основніобов’язки:

  • Комунікація з клієнтами щодо замовлень, консультування     з питань асортименту.
  • Пошук нових клієнтів в Україні та за кордоном
  • Робота з готовою базою клієнтів та без.
  • Підтримання відносин з клієнтами та розвиток позитивного     іміджу компанії.
  • Проведення особистих зустрічей, презентацій та переговорів.
  • Відрядження по Україні.
  • Контент-менеджмент: Оновлення інформації на веб-сайті компанії, ведення     соціальних мереж.
  • Робота з e-commerce: оновлення асортименту, опрацювання     замовлень.
  • Робота з CRM системою.

Вимогидо кандидатів:

  • Високі комунікативні навички та вміння працювати в колективі.
  • Бажання навчатися та розвиватися у сфері продажів.
